武警某部新兵强直性脊柱炎患病率流行病学调查 被引量:3

Epidemiological investigation of ankylosing spondylitis in recruits of one department of People's Armed Police Forces

摘要 强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)是一种以中轴脊柱骨关节受累为主的慢性、系统性炎性疾病,也是一种致残率较高的风湿病,好发于20~30岁青壮年.我国强直性脊柱炎患病率在0.09% ~0.44%[1],武警部队是一个以青壮年男性为主的群体,肩负着特殊的任务与使命.为了解AS在入伍新兵中的患病情况,本研究对2011年12月入伍的武警某部1 164名新兵进行专业体检,现报告如下.
