An Analysis of the Implementing Path of Cultivation through Practices in Colleges

加强高校实践育人工作,对于大力提升人才培养水平、全面提高高等教育质量具有十分重要的意义。推进高校实践育人工作要坚持校内与校外相结合,打牢校内实践育人主阵地和打造校外实践育人新格局;坚持主题与特色相结合,组织开展主题和特色社会实践活动;坚持具体与虚拟相结合,系统构建显性和隐性实践育人平台。

To strengthen cultivation through practices is of great significance to improve talent cultivation level and teaching quality in colleges. This paper puts forward the views that improving the level of cultivation through practices needs the cooperation between colleges and society. Meanwhile, it still needs to stabilize the main position inside colleges and create new setup outside. Moreover, it’s suggested that social practices of the combination of themes and features should be conducted, and a platform of the combination of concreteness and abstract to cultivate personnel dominantly and recessively through practices should be constructed.
