摘要
本研究的目的在于从实证角度探讨独立学院的学术氛围对大学生自我调节学习的影响。通过对453名独立学院大学生进行的问卷调查,结果表明:独立学院学生对学术气氛的感知并不直接影响其个人掌握目标和自我调节学习行为;但学生对学术气氛的感知通过课堂掌握目标影响自我调节学习行为,进而影响个人掌握目标,最后影响自我调节学习行为。基于此,本研究提出独立学院要营造浓厚的学术氛围,教师在教学中需提倡掌握取向的课堂目标,才能促进学生的自我调节学习行为。
The purpose of our study is to empirically examine the effect of academic atmosphere in independent colleges on students’self-regulation learning.453 undergraduates are investigated with academic atmosphere scale,personal and teachers’goal orientation scale and self-regulation learning scale.The results show that stu-dents’perceived academic atmosphere of their colleges doesn’t affect their personal master goal orientation and self-regulation learning behaviors directly.However,students’perceived academic atmosphere of colleges influ-ences their perceived teachers’master goal orientation,which in turn influences personal master goal orienta-tion,eventually influence students’self-regulation learning behaviors.Based on these findings,we suggest that it is important for independent colleges to create a strong academic atmosphere and encourage teachers to adapt master goal orientation in their class so as to promote students self-regulation learning.
