摘要
高校内部教学管理行政化现象影响了人才培养质量的提高。采取调查问卷及访谈的方式,从高校教师的视角,了解并分析行政化对基层教学单位的教学组织行为、对教师的教学活动等产生的影响,提出重视教学管理"去行政化"、建立弹性教学管理机制、加大教师管理的参与度、完善教学激励机制等建议,为高校内部教学管理的"去行政化"改革提供参考。
Administrative management of teaching in colleges affects the improvement of talent cultivation.From the perspective of college teachers and through questionnaires and interviews,this paper probes into and ana-lyzes the influences that administration has on teaching organization of basic teaching units and on teaching ac-tivities of teachers,and puts forward reform measures such as stressing de-administration in teaching manage-ment,setting up a flexible teaching management system,improving teachers’participation in management,and perfecting teaching incentive mechanism,so as to provide references for the reform of de-administration in teaching management of colleges.
