旅游专业师范生对教师职业认同状况的调查研究——以云南某高校为例

Investigation and Study of Teacher’s Professional Identification of Normal University Students Majoring in Tourism——A Case Study of a University in Yunnan

摘要 师范生是教师队伍的后备力量和主力军。通过问卷调查方式对云南某高校的旅游专业师范生进行调查,结果表明:旅游专业师范生对教师职业的总体认同状况达到中等偏上水平,其中年级、性别、生源地以及是否为独生子女、是否有亲属从事教育工作等因子在被试的教师职业认同问题上存在差异。该调查结果对进一步研究提升旅游专业师范生教师职业认同感的对策、提高旅游人才的培养质量具有十分重要的意义。 Normal students are the reserve forces and the main force of teachers.By means of questionnaire an investigation of the normal college students in tourism in Yunnan is conducted.It is shown that tourism normal students overall have an above average identification of teaching profession,with differences in grade,gender,source place of students,and in such questions as whether he is the only one child,whether there are the rela-tives engaged in teaching.The results of the investigation are of great significance to improving tourism normal college students’identification to teaching profession and promoting the tourists’education quality.
