摘要
积极心理学是当代新兴的心理学思潮,它主张心理学应该对人类自身拥有的正向品质加以研究。高职院校的心理健康教育课程应把培养学生的优秀品质和美好心灵作为核心任务,致力于挖掘人性中最美好的方面,促进高职学生的心理朝着积极和谐的方向发展。挖掘和培养学生的积极品质,不仅可以提高学生的主观幸福感,也可以提升学生的创造性。通过分析当前高职院校心理教育课程存在的目标片面化、学科化等消极倾向的基础上,提出积极心理学理念下建设大学生心理健康教育课程的思路。
As a psychological trend of thought contemporarily emerging,positive psychology advocates that psy-chology should be a study of human positive qualities.The curriculum of mental health education in higher voca-tional colleges should center on cultivating student’s excellent quality and good heart as the core task,and work at discovering the best human nature,so as to promote student’s psychology develop positively and harmonious-ly.Unearthing and cultivating student’s positive qualities can improve not only his subjective sense of happi-ness,but also his creativity.Based on the analysis of some current negative tendencies in some higher vocational colleges,like one-sided target and disciplinary construction,in psychological education curriculum,the idea is put forward of constructing college mental health education curriculum under the concept of positive psychology.
