摘要
大学生创业最直接的现实意义是有助于其本身及相关群体就业问题的解决,其创业行为与其就业之间存在着作用与反作用的关系。而在这一过程中,大学生创业教育则扮演着使大学生在就业市场中由"增压器"变"减压阀"的重要角色,有助于提升大学生"就业力",即提升其就业与创业的能力。而当前创业教育在我国正处于由"功利性"创业教育向"全面性"创业教育的转变,因此更需注重"大众化"创业教育与"差异化"创业教育相结合,据此构建三层"金字塔式"创业教育的运行模式。
The most direct realistic significance of college students’entrepreneurship is to help solve their em-ployment and related groups’.There exists a relationship of action and reaction between their entrepreneurial behaviors and employment,in which the entrepreneurship education for college students plays an important role of making students transfer from＂super charger＂to＂pressure relief valve＂.It can help to improve college stu-dent’s＂labor force＂--employment and entrepreneurship abilities.Nowadays entrepreneurship education in China is transforming from utilitarianism to comprehensiveness.The combination of popularized with differen-tial entrepreneurship education is emphasized,on the basis of which three layer pyramid entrepreneurship educa-tion model will be constructed.
