晏阳初的平民教育思想对当前我国农村成人教育的启示

The Enlightenment of Yan Yangchu’s Civilian Education on Current Rural Adult Education

晏阳初作为中国现代教育史上一位著名的教育家,他所领导的平民教育运动以及"定县模式"在我国以及第三世界国家产生了广泛的影响,其根本原因在于他的理论及实践模式均符合时代要求,符合当时农村实际,今天他的平民教育思想及实践模式对于我国的农村成人教育仍然有着重大的借鉴意义。我们应加大投入,进行文化补偿教育、专业技术培训,吸引更多怀揣技术返乡的农民工前来加盟,加强领导,有力组织,顺利推进这一惠民工程,加快新农村建设,促进农村的繁荣、稳定。

Yan Yangchu,a famous educator in modern Chinese education history,led civilian education campaign and built ＂Ding County Mode＂,which exerts a broad impact in our country as well as in the third world coun-tries.His success mainly lies in the accordance of his theory and practical mode with the then times and the rural reality in China.Even today,his civilian educational thought and practical mode still have a major reference for our rural adult education.We should increase investment in cultural compensatory education,professional and technical training,so as to attract more migrant workers with technology to return home to join,strengthen leadership and organization,smoothly move forward this favorable project,accelerate new rural construction,and promote rural prosperity and stability.
