摘要
教师的素质在一定程度上决定了教育是否优良,而教师的专业素质是影响教师质量高低的关键性因素。本研究选取甘肃庆阳市和陕西渭南市的农村地区7所民办园的教师作为调查对象,从专业构成、专业知识、专业态度和专业技能四个方面进行调查,主要分析了农村民办园幼儿教师专业素质现状以及影响其发展的原因,从完善农村民办园幼儿教师管理体制、开展有针对性的专业化培训、转变评价方式与提高专业认同、注重自我学习与自我提高等四方面提出改善农村民办园幼儿教师专业素质现状的建议。
The quality of teachers to a certain extent determines the quality of education, and the professional quality is the key factor to affect the quality of the teachers. This study selects teachers from seven private kindergartens in the rural areas of Qing Yang of Gansu Province and Weinan of Shaanxi Province as the research object, and by investigating the four aspects of professional composition, professional knowledge, professional attitude and professional skills, it mainly analyzes the present quality of private kindergarten teachers in rural areas and the factors influencing the development of their professional quality, and puts forward relevant suggestions on improving the professional quality of rural private kindergarten teachers in terms of perfecting teaching staff management of rural private kindergartens, conducting targeted specialized training, transforming evaluation mode and improving professional identity, highlighting self-learning and self-improvement.
