基于C164CI单片机的CVT电控系统硬件电路设计

摘要 分析了金属带式无级变速器的组成与功能、电控系统的组成与工作原理,在此基础上设计了系统的硬件及控制方案。采用以C164CI单片机为基础的单片机控制系统进行硬件电路设计,实现了对CVT传动比、夹紧力、起步离合器的电子控制。 This paper analyzes the composition and function of the metal belt type continuously variable transmission , the composition and working principle of electric control system, based on which the author designs the control scheme and hardware of the system. A hardware circuit has been designed by SCM control system which based on C164CI microcontroller , to achieve the electronic control of the CVT transmission ratio, the clamp force and the starting clutch.
