摘要 精炼流程中VD(Vacuum Degassing)真空脱气工序的主要功能是脱H、脱O、脱N及去除夹杂。但是VD过程延长了精炼时间,造成钢水大幅度温降,增加了设备耐材的消耗,提高了炼钢成本。针对一重炼钢分厂目前冶炼浇注流程主要采用VD+真空浇注的双真空工艺的情况,提出对于部分气体要求不太严格的钢种,可以利用功能转移的思路,取消VD工序,达到节能降耗的目的。 The main function of vacuum degassing ( VD) operation in refining process is to remove hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and inclusion from molten steel. But VD operation prolongs the refining time, results in significant decrease of molten steel temperature, increases the consumption of refectory on the equipment and the cost of steelmaking. Considering that currently , CFHI steelmaking factory uses mainly VD+Vacuum pouring procedure for smelting and pouring operation, the paper proposes to take the idea of function transfer to cancellVD operation for some steel grades that do not have strict requirement on gas content in order to reduce the consumption of energies.
