小鼠视网膜胆碱能无长突细胞出生后空间分布规则度分析 被引量:1

摘要 研究出生后小鼠视网膜一类中间神经元星爆无长突细胞在发育过程中规则度的变化.使用免疫组织化学的方法对视网膜上胆碱能的星爆无长突细胞进行免疫荧光标记,结果表明小鼠视网膜在发育早期胆碱能无长突细胞分布的规则度已经较高,INL层胆碱能无长突细胞分布的规则度高于GCL层. The change in spatial regularity of a type of interneuron-cholinergic amacrine cells in the mouse retina are examined during postnatal development using immunohistochemical staining.The results showed that at very early postnatal stages,the regularity of cholinergic amacrine cell mosaic is already very high.The regularity in the INL is higher than that in the GCL.
