基于四模冗余结构的表决器安全性指标分析

摘要 本文在分析四模冗余结构安全性指标的基础上,提出基于四模冗余结构简化三取二、四取二、五取三表决器的方法。在给定的开关失效率的条件下,通过计算这几种表决器每小时危险失效的平均频率(PFH)值,该方法在使三取二表决器开关数量减少2个的同时,将其PFH值降低为原来的2/3,在使四取二表决器开关数量减少4个的同时,将PFH值降低为原来的5/11,在使五取三表决器开关数量减少15个的同时,将PFH值降低为原来的5/11。结果证明,该方法能够在简化表决器的同时提高表决器的安全性指标。 A new method was proposed in this paper to simplify the voters of 2003, 2004 and 2005 on the basis of the QMR (Quadruple Modular Redundant) structure, which was conducted based on the safety indicator analysis of QMR. By calculating the average frequency of dangerous failure per hour(PFH) value of these w/tcrs under the condition of the given switch failure rate, it was shown that the PFH decreased to 2/3 of the original value when reducing the amount of switches of the 2003 voters by 2, and the PFH decreased to 5/11 of the original value when reducing the amount of switches of the 2004 voters by 4, while the PFH decreased to 5/11 of the original value when reducing the amount of switches of the 2005 voters by 15. By way of conclusion, it was proved in this paper that this method could simplify the voters and promote the safety indicator at the same time.
