摘要
烧结机机头除尘灰含碳量高，含水量大，碱金属化合物含量高，在电除尘集灰斗内容易发生板结．影响生产。本文分析了昆钢300m^2烧结机机头电除尘灰板结的原因，并提出解决方法。
The sintering machine head dust is high carbon content, high water content, high content of alkali metal compounds, in the electric dust collection bucket proned to compaction, impacted production. In this paper, the causes of 300 m^2 sintering machine dust compaction in Kungang were analyzed, to propose the solution.
