Production Capacity for Long Open Pit Determined by Subarea

摘要 铜街—曼家寨矿段露天采场具有上部剥离岩石量多,采出矿石量少,下部则反之的矿岩分布特点,设计以1 080 m为分界将露天采场划分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ采区,结合Ⅰ、Ⅱ采区不同采剥工艺、台阶参数、穿孔设备、铲装设备、运输设备及不同的爆破孔网参数、运输道路参数、贫损指标等,按分区用多种方法进行计算和论证,使生产规模论证更科学、更具可操作性。 The open pit at Tongjie - Manjiazai ore - block is characterized by ore - bearing rock distribution of more stripping rock volume and fewer mined ore on upper the open pit is divided into I and 11 mining areas at 1 process, step parameters, perforation equipment, shovel 1 part, but on the contrary at lower part. In the design, 080m as boundary. Combined the different stripping oading equipment, transportation equipment and differ- ent blasting holes network and road transport parameters, dilution loss index etc. for I and II mining areas, cal- culation and verification were carried through by various methods according to subarea so that made the verifica- tion of production scale more scientific and operable.
