摘要
基于SolidWorks三维建模平台及Ansys-Workbench仿真计算平台,建立了计算电解槽集烟管均匀性的CFD仿真模型。对比现场测试数据,所建立的CFD模型能够较好地重现真实集烟管内部烟气流动情况,并作为优化集烟管的均匀性指标对中铝公司遵义分公司350 kA电解槽集烟管进行了优化改造。
The CFD simulation model for calculating the uniformity of fume collecting duct in an electrolytic cell was built based on the SolidWorks 3D modeling platform and Ansys - Workbench simulation platform. Compared with the test data at site, the flow of fume in the fume collecting duct can be preferably reproduced through the CFD model, which was used as the uniformity indicators for optimizing a fume collecting duct, thereby, the fume - collecting ducts of 350 kA cell in Zunyi Branch of CHALCO have been further optimized and modified.
