Based on the project design for Jizusan Pagoda temple, the conception for layout planning of tradition- al buddhist architectures and basic points of ancient architecture design were discussed. The traditional architec- ture in China will be re - examined at the modem view and it is thinking that the cultural connotation and nation- al spirit were contained behind the buildings.
