摘要
本文介绍了大陆和台湾食品接触材料技术法规的框架、卫生标准和检验方法体系等情况,并对二者在食品接触材料卫生标准体系、材质分类、食品模拟物和限量要求等方面的差异进行了分析研究。
In this paper, the framework, sanitary standards, testing methodologies, etc. of technical regulations for food contact materials in the two sides of the Taiwan Strait were described. And differences on hygiene standards, material classification, food simulants, limited requirements and other aspects of food contact materials between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait were studied.
