腰硬联合麻醉在剖宫产术中的临床应用分析

Analysis of the Clinical Application of Combined Spinal Epidural Anesthesia in Cesarean Section

目的对腰硬联合麻醉在剖宫产术中的临床应用进行分析。方法资料选自2012年2月至2013年6月在本院拟行剖宫产手术的健康孕产妇114例,随机分为两组,实验组57例给予腰硬联合麻醉,对照组57例给予单纯硬膜外麻醉,并对两组孕产妇实施不同麻醉方法的临床应用效果进行回顾性分析与比较。结果两组在实施不同麻醉方法后,SpO2、BP、HR、ECG等指标的变化情况,新生儿Apgar评分,产妇不良反应发生率等比较中均无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但研究组麻醉起效时间、手术开始时间、麻醉效果总优良率明显优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产手术中应用腰硬联合麻醉,具有起效快、阻滞效果完善等优势,值得在临床用应用优先考虑。

Objective To analyze the clinical application of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods The data was from 114 cases of healthy pregnant women undergone cesarean operation from 2012 February to 2013 June in our hospital , they were randomly divided into two groups, 57 cases in experimental group were given combined spinal epidural anesthesia, and 57 cases in the control group were given epidural anesthesia, the clinical application effect of different methods of anesthesia for two groups of pregnant women were compared and retrospectively analyzed. Results After different anesthesia methods for the two groups, the changes of SpO2, BP, HR, ECG index, Apgar score of neonates,untoward effect incidence rate of the puerpera had no significant difference, and it had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. But the onset time of anesthesia, operation time, anesthesia effect of excellent and good rate of the study group were significantly better than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using combined spinal epidural anesthesia during the cesarean section has rapid onset, perfect retarding effect and other advantages, it is worthy of taking into in the clinical application.
