摘要
本文在世界经济论坛和洛桑国际管理开发学院对国际竞争力研究的基础上 ,提出了产业国际竞争力 =产业竞争力资产×产业竞争力过程的论点 ,并相应制定了产业国际竞争力的六条评价准则 ,建立了一套产业国际竞争力的评价指标体系 ,从产业的素质、产业的结构现状及发展趋势、产业发展的环境制度因素及产业国际化程度和能力四个方面来分析评价一国产业的总体国际竞争力。
On the bases of the studies done by the World Economic forum & International Institute for Management Development, this paper puts forth the view that global competitiveness of a specific industry is linked up by two main aspects: industrial competitiveness assets and industrial competitiveness processes, also, it draws up 6 evaluation guidelines for industrial competitiveness correspondingly, and sets up a suit of indexes to analysis a country's industrial global competitiveness. The indexes include four aspects: industrial quality; the status quo and developmental trend of the industrial structure; the institutional factors affecting industrial development and the degree of industrial internationalization and capacity.
