摘要
腰椎穿刺术是临床基本技能之一,目前的法律及医疗环境不允许医学实习生通过在患者身上直接实习学习该项技能,这使得教学目标与教学手段之间产生了矛盾,因而医学教育工作者必须探索新的教学方法,既达到教学目标,又不违反相关法律。应用医学模拟人进行腰椎穿刺术技能教学能够满足教学和实习的需要,既有利于教师规范教学,又有利于医学生规范操作,反复实践。是从理论到临床的一个很好的桥梁,是腰椎穿刺术临床技能培训的新模式,在教学实践中取得了令人瞩目的效果。
As a basic clinical skills, lumbar puncture is demanded to be mastered by interns. There is not any chance allowing interns to learn the skill in patients under the current laws and medical circumstance. Thus there has been produced a contradiction between the teaching goal and teaching method. Teachers of medical university must explore some new methods to reach the teaching aim and not to obey the laws. It is an effective method to train interns to master lumbar puncture by using medical models. It is not only good for teachers’ standard teaching but also benefit interns who need a lot of practice. The method is not only a new pattern of lumbar puncture training but also an excellent bridge link up theory with clinical practice. It has achieved an incredible effect.
