胎儿静脉导管波形与先天性心脏畸形的关系探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨胎儿静脉导管(DV)波形与先天性心脏畸形(CHD)的关系。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2013年5月我院产前超声诊断为先天性心脏病(CHD)胎儿45例及51胎正常胎儿,检测胎儿的静脉导管血流频谱,并分析其波形改变与胎儿先天性心脏病的关系。结果本研究先天性心脏畸形患者中有18例出现静脉导管血流频谱异常,即DV舒张末期血流(A波)反转或消失。单心室合并肺动脉狭窄患者2例。结论胎儿静脉导管血流频谱异常能够作为胎儿先天性心脏畸形的筛选指标之一。
