浅谈在《伤寒论》中用一味“生姜”的含义 被引量：4

摘要 《伤寒论》一书作为祖国医学经典之作,备受历代医家所推崇,在伤寒论中,生姜一味药,无论在组方用药上都发挥着不可替代作用。生姜始载于《名医别录》是典型的药食同源植物,本为寻常之物,然仲景却有非常之用,而医者常似觉生姜为,可有可无之物,其实不然,仲景非常重视生姜的运用,在被后世誉为"医方之祖"的古代经典医学著作《伤寒论》中全书载方用生姜竟达37首之多,若运用得法能提高疗效。关键词:生姜的作用。在《伤寒论》方剂中,仲景就使用了生姜达37方之多,从中可以看出仲景对生姜应用的重视。生姜一味药在《伤寒论》方中的主要作用为:调和营卫,发散风寒,温中止呕,宣散水气,宣通阳气之功效。
