Promoting Transformation of Labor Union Function and Realizing High Quality Employment

工会是实现高质量就业的重要载体。充分发挥工会职能是实现高质量就业的重要方式。要实现高质量就业,就必须转变工会职能:一是要落实工会维权职能,二是要强化工会集体谈判职能,三是增强工会管理服务职能,四是要发挥工会社会保障职能。

Labor union is an important carrier of high-quality jobs. Giving full play to the functions of labor union is the cru- cial approaches to achieve high-quality employment. The functions of labor union must be transformed before achieving high-quali- ty employment. Firstly, labor union should implement the function of rights protection; secondly, labor union need to strengthen the strategies of collective bargaining; thirdly, labor union should enhance the function of management service ; fourthly, labor u- nion also need to play the positive roles in the social security.
