摘要 目的 编制一个适用于军人自杀倾向评估的问卷,为部队开展心理健康教育和自杀预防提供参考工具.方法 以Mann等提出的自杀应激-易感模型为理论依据,通过文献分析、开放式问卷调查和专家评定,编制出包含85个题项的初始问卷,利用项目分析、探索性因素分析、信效度检验全面考察问卷的心理测量学特征.结果 形成了包含9个维度共36个题项的军人自杀倾向评估问卷.9个维度可解释总方差的57.044%,项目载荷在0.515 ~0.785之间;问卷的Cronbach α系数、分半信度为0.834、0.681,各维度的Cronbachα系数、分半信度分别在0.546 ~0.785、0.517 ~0.748之间;各维度与问卷总分相关密切(r =-0.284 ~0.734),而各维度之间呈中低度相关(r=-0.041 ~0.453),均表明问卷的内容效度较好.结论 军人自杀倾向评估问卷信效度指标基本达到了心理测量学要求,可以作为军人自杀倾向评估的工具,但仍需进一步加以修订和完善. Objective To develop the soldier suicidal tendency questionnaire, and provide a reference tool for armed forces mental health education and suicide prevention. Methods Under the theoretical basis of Mann's stress-susceptibility model,we used the method of document analysis, open-ended questionnaires and expert evaluation method to gather 85 items which were included in the question- naire. The psychometric character of the questionnaire was tested by item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability and validity test. Results The soldier suicidal tendency questionnaire consisted of 9 subscales with 36 items. Factor analysis indicated that the nine fac- tors explained 57. 044% of the variance with loading between 0. 515 ~ 0. 785. Cronbach Alpha coefficient, split-half reliability for the questionnaire were O. 834 and O. 681, and Cronbach Alpha coefficient, split-half reliability for every subseale were between 0. 546 ~ 0. 785 and 0. 517 N 0. 748. Subscales and questionnaire were high correiation (r =-0. 284- 0. 734), whereas relations between snbscales were low( r =-0.041 -0. 453 ). Conclusion The reliability and validity indicators of soldier suicidal tendency questionnaire basically reach the psychometric requirements, and can serve as a measurement tool for soldier with suicidal tendencies but still needs to be re- vised.
