摘要
目的了解新上岗护士评判性思维能力,为提高护理人员评判性思维能力提供依据。方法新护士培训第一天采用评判性思维量表,对90名新上岗护理人员进行评判性思维现状调查,并分析其可能的影响因素。结果新护士评判性思维的求知欲、评判性思维自信心、分析能力和开放思想的得分为正性评判性思维。不同学历新护士的总分差异有统计学意义(t=2.432,P=0.017)。其中寻找真相维度(t=2.032,P=0.045)、开放思想维度(t=2.245,P=0.027)、认知成熟度(t=3.3,P=0.002)。是否独生子女在分析能力和自信心上有显著差异(t=2.014,2.019;P<0.05)。结论新护士评判性思维的平均得分属于中等水平。
Objective To explore the critical thinking ability of new nurses,in order to provide information for improving the critical thinking ability of nurses. Methods California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory(CCTDI) was used to survey 90 new nurses on the first training day. Results The scores of 4 dimensions including inquisitiveness, critical thinking self-confidence, analysis ability and open-mindedness belonged to positive critical thinking level. The difference of CCTDI score between different academic backgrounds was significant ( t = 2. 432 , P = 0. 017). Among them seeking for the truth dimension ( t = 2. 032 , P = 0. 045 ), open thinking dimension ( t = 2. 245 ,P = 0. 027), cognitive maturity dimension (t = 3.3 , P = 0. 002). There were significant differences in analysis ability and self- confidene between only and not-only nurses ( t = 2. 014,2. 019 i P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The average CCTDI score of new nurses is at medium level in general.
