中药敷脐干预混合痔术后尿潴留等症状的临床研究

目的观察中药利尿止痛散敷脐干预混合痔术后尿潴留等症状的疗效。方法 300例混合痔外剥内扎术患者随机分为治疗组150例和对照组150例。两组采用相同的基础处理方法,治疗组加用利尿止痛散敷脐,观察疗效。结果治疗组与对照组术后尿潴留的发生率分别为2.6%和8%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后第一次排尿时间、首次排尿积分等为主要指标,相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论利尿止痛散敷脐配合基础处理具有良好的防治患者术后尿潴留的作用,具有方法简单、高效安全的特点,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Chinese medicine about Li Niao Zhi Tong powder to apply navel in mixed hemorrhoid post operative urinary retention and other symptoms.Methods 300 cases of mixed hemorrhoid resection were randomly divided into treatment group （N =150） and control group （N=150）.The two groups were based on the same treatment,and the treatment group added Zhi Tong Li Niao powder to observe the curative effect.Results The urinary retention rates were 2.6 % in the treatment group and 8% in the control group after operation which was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the first micturition time,the first micturition integral and other major indicators after surgery （P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Using Li Niao Zhi Tong powder on the umbilicus has a good role in prevention of postoperative urinary retention,and it＇s worthy of promotion for its simple,efficient and safety features.
