肛周坏死性筋膜炎的诊断及治疗(附20例报告)

Diagnosis and Treatment of Perianal Necotizing Fasciitis(a report of 20 cases)

目的 肛周坏死性筋膜炎是严重致死性感染的一种,它引起迅速蔓延的软组织及皮下组织坏死.本研究的目的在于探讨其诊断及治疗的经验.方法 回顾分析我科2010～2013年收治的20例肛周坏死性筋膜炎患者的临床资料.结果 通过早期诊断、彻底清创、有效的使用抗生素及营养支持治疗.20例患者治愈出院,0例死亡.结论 肛周坏死性筋膜炎的治疗关键在于早期诊断、手术引流、合理使用抗生素和良好的支持治疗.

Objective Perianal necrotizing faseiitis is one of highly lethal infections that cause rapidly spreading necrosis in fascia and subcutaneous tissues.The aim of this study was to investigate the experience of the diagnosis and treatment for perianal necrotizing fasciitis.Methods The clinical date of 20 patients with perianal necrotizing fasciitis in Chengdu Colorectal Hospital between 2010 and 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results By means of early diagnosis,complete debridement,effective antibiotics and supporting therapy,20 patients were recovery and no patient was dead.Conclusion The treatment for perianal necrotizing faseiitis should be a combination of early diagnosis,surged debridement,appropriate antibiotics and good supposting therapy.
