腹腔镜保留自主神经直肠癌根治术对男性性功能的影响(附18例报告)

The influence of radical operation with autonomic never reserved in the laparoscopic rectal cancer on the male sexual function

目的探讨腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中保留盆腔自主神经的可行性及对术后性功能影响。方法回顾性分析2011年3月至2012年6月行腹腔镜保留盆腔自主神经直肠癌根治术的治疗的18例男性患者术后性功能情况的临床资料。结果 18例患者性功能均存在,勃起功能良好。结论腹腔镜下保留盆腔自主神经是可行的,患者性功能恢复满意。

Objective To explore the feasibility of pelvic autonomic nerve preservation in laparoscopic rectal cancer and influence on postoperative sexual function.Methods from March 2011 to June 2012,18 male patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer by pelvic autonomic nerve preservation were followed up to understand the situation of sexual function.Results The sexual function and erectile function of 18 patients were good.Conclusion Laparoscopic pelvic autonomic nerve preservation is feasible,and patient were satisfied with sexual function.
