磷酸钠盐联合莫沙比利用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果观察

Observation of clearing effect of sodium phosphate combined with mosapride for colonoscopy bowel preparation

目的探讨联合应用莫沙比利与磷酸钠盐对功能性疾病导致便秘倾向患者进行结肠镜检查的肠道准备是否比单用磷酸钠盐能取得更好的清肠效果。方法将212例拟行结肠镜检查的患者随机纳入治疗组与对照组,治疗组在服用莫沙比利10mg,30min后,服用磷酸钠盐45mL、温水750mL,对照组直接服用磷酸钠盐45mL、温水750mL清肠。调查患者是否具有便秘倾向,分别记录两组患者及两组中具有便秘倾向者首次大便时间、大便清澈时间、大便次数、服药过程中的不良反应程度以及由内镜操作医师评估肠道准备情况。结果治疗组患者首次大便时间、大便清澈时间短于对照组(P<0.05),但两组患者清肠效果、排便次数及不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组与治疗组中有便秘倾向患者分别占26.61%和26.67%,治疗组便秘倾向患者首次大便时间、大便清澈时间短于对照组便秘倾向患者(P<0.05),清肠效果亦优于对照组便秘倾向患者(P<0.05),而在排便次数及不良反应上二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对功能性疾病导致便秘倾向患者进行结肠镜检查肠道准备,联用莫沙比利和磷酸钠盐相比单用磷酸钠盐,可以缩短患者首次大便时间及大便清澈时间,并能提高患者肠道准备效果。

Objective To compare the clearing effect with the combination of mosapride and sodium phosphate to sodium phosphate only for colonoscopy preparation of patients with constipation causing by functional diseases.Methods A total of 212 adult patients who underwent colonoscopy examination were recruited to this randomized single blinded controlled study.In control group,patients received sodium phosphate only,whereas patients in experimental group received 10 mg mosapride 30min before sodium phosphate.And the tendency of constipation was surveyed.Experimental variables which including time of first defecation,completion of bowel cleaning,defecation frequency,and degree of discomfort during colonoscopy preparation were recorded.Results The time of first defecation and completion of bowel cleaning of experimental group were shorter than those of control group （P 〈0.05）,but there were no significant differences in defecation frequency,the degree of discomfort and the bowel cleaning quality between two groups （P 〉0.05）.The percentages of patients with constipation in control and experimental groups were 26.61% and 26.67%,respectively.The defecation frequency and the degree of discomfort of constipative patients were similar in both groups （P 〉0.05）.The time of first defecation and time of completion of bowel cleaning of constipative patients in experimental group were shorter than those in control group （P 〈0.05）.The bowel cleaning quality of constipative patients in experimental group was better than that of control group （P 〈0.05）.There was no difference in defecation frequency and adverse reaction between 2 groups （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion Combination of mosapride and sodium phosphate for colonoscopy preparations in patients with functional constipation tends to shorter times of first defecation and completion of bowel cleaning,and to increase the bowel cleaning quality.
