Review of Dividend Policy Theories

股利政策一直是公司财务之谜,受到了理论界及实务界的持续关注。国内外学者从多角度对股利政策进行研究,并提出了众多理论来解析股利政策。本文对近年来基于不同股利政策理论的国内外研究进行综述,以期通过全面的梳理和评述,为我国股利政策研究提供借鉴。

The dividend policy has been a mystery of financial company and been given contin- uing concern by the circles of theory and practice. Domestic and foreign scholars have studied dividend policy from multi angles, and put forward many theories to analyze the dividend policy. This paper makes a review about the researches at home and abroad based on different dividend policy theories in the recent years, expecting through the overall analysis and commentary to provide the reference for the study of dividend policies in china.
