本文运用系统论的观点,构建了影响我国橄榄球发展的因素系统结构,依据该系统结构,全面、系统地梳理我国橄榄球运动发展的问题和症结,提出了我国橄榄球运动整体优化发展的几点建议。

This paper, using the viewpoint of system theory point, builds up the system structure of factors affecting China＇s rugby development, comprehensively and systematically combs through the problems in China＇s rugby sport development and the reasons according to the system structure, and puts forward some suggestions on the whole optimization development of the whole development of China＇s rugby.
