血管内皮生长因子受体的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 血管内皮生长因子受体主要在内皮细胞上表达 ,可介导多种生理效应 ,其体内表达水平受低氧及细胞因子等环境因素调节 ,随着现代分子生物学技术的发展 ,对其结构、功能及两者的关系有了较深入的研究 。
