摘要
目的搜集2002~2012年发表的有关用中医药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床治疗文献,从中总结治疗CVA的常用中药及治法治则。方法检索2002~2012年所有与中医药治疗CVA相关的临床治疗类文献,用文献计量分析方法统计文献中所用的中药的频次、频率,根据所用中药的频次、频率中总结治疗CVA的常用中药。根据功效分类法对常用中药进行归类,逆向总结治疗CVA的中医治法治则。结果分析研究显示治疗CVA主要应用化痰止咳平喘、解表、补虚、清热、理气、平肝息风、收涩、利水渗湿、消食、活血化瘀等类的中药,常用有麻黄、苦杏仁、陈皮、蝉蜕、地龙、黄芩、桔梗、半夏等。结论CVA以本虚标实为常见病机,扶正祛邪是中医治疗其常用的治法治则。
Objective To collect the literatures on the clinical treatment of cough variant asthma (CVA) with Chinese medicine from 2002 to 2012 so as to summarize the common Chinese medicine recipes, therapeutic methods and principles of this disease. Methods All of the relevant literatures on clinical treat- ment of CVA with Chinese medicine were retrieved from 2002 to 2012. The bibliometric analytic method was adopted to analyze the frequency in the application of all Chinese medicine so as to summarize the common Chinese medicine recipes for the treatment of CVA. The effect classification method was used to classify the common Chinese medicines into categories so as to conclude reversely the therapeutic methods and principles in the treatment of CVA. Results The research showed that CVA was treated with Chinese herbal medicine for resolving phlegm, stopping cough and asthma, relieving the exterior syndrome, tonifying for the deficiency, clearing away heat, regulating qi, soothing liver wind, inducing astringency, removing damp to benefit water metabolism,promoting digestion, activating blood circulation and removing stasis. The common herbs were herba ephedra, amygdalus communis vas, pericarpium citri reticulatae, periostracum cicada, lumbricus, scutel- laria baicalensis, platycodon grandiflorum, pinellia ternate, etc. Conclusion CVA is differentiated as the de- ficiency in the root cause and the excess in the symptoms. Strengthening the antipathogenic qi and eliminating the pathogens are the therapeutic methods and principles in the treatment with Chinese medicine.
