摘要
目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清脂联素、白细胞介素8(IL-8)水平及其与疾病严重程度的相关性。方法测定40例稳定期COPD患者(COPD稳定组)、42例COPD急性加重期(COPD急重组)、40例健康志愿者(健康对照组)血清脂联素、IL-8水平,分析COPD稳定组、COPD急重组血清脂联素、IL-8与动脉血氧分压(PaO2)相关性。结果 COPD稳定组、COPD急重组血清脂联素水平明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),COPD急重组血清脂联素水平低于COPD稳定组(P<0.05)。COPD稳定组、COPD急重组血清IL-8水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),COPD急重组血清IL-8水平高于COPD稳定组(P<0.05)。血清脂联素与PaO2呈正相关,IL-8与PaO2呈负相关。结论脂联素、IL-8可能参与了COPD炎症反应,其水平与病情严重程度相关。
Objective To observe the correlation of serum adiponectin and IL - 8 level with disease severity in the patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods The levels of serum ad- iponectin and IL -8 were determined in 40 cases of stable stage group, 42 cases of acute aggravated stage group and 40 cases of healthy control group. The correlation among adiponectin, IL - 8 and PaO2 was analyzed among the stable stage group, the acute aggravated stage group and the healthy control group. Results Serum adiponectin level in the stable stage group and the acute aggravated stage group was lower obviously than that in the healthy control group( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Serum adiponectin level in the acute aggravated stage group was lower than that in the stable stage group( P 〈 0.05 ). IL- 8 level in the stable stage group and the acute aggravated stage group was higher than that in the healthy control group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). [L - 8 level in the acute aggravated stage group was higher than that in the stable stage group( P 〈 0.05 ). Serum ad- iponectin level was correlated positively with PaO2 and IL -8 was correlated negatively with PaO2. Conclu- sion Adiponectin and IL- 8 are involved possibly in the inflammatory reaction of COPD and the levels of them are correlated with the severity of disease.
