中西医结合治疗常年性变应性鼻炎68例疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of 68 Cases of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗常年性变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的128例患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组60例使用氯雷他定联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,治疗组68例在对照组基础上加用中药小青龙汤合补中益气汤加减治疗。两组均连续治疗30 d。观察两组患者治疗后症状积分、白细胞介素12(IL-12)、肿瘤坏死因子γ(TNF-γ)和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后各项临床症状积分和IgE均下降,IL-12和TNF-γ均增加,以治疗组改变更明显,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小青龙汤与补中益气汤加减联合西药治疗常年性AR的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on perennial allergic rhinitis treated with in- tegrated Chinese and western medicine. Methods One hundred and twenty - eight patients that were met the inclusive standard were randomized into two group. Sixty cases in the control group were treated with Lorata- dine and Budesonide nasal spray. Sixty - eight cases in the treatment group were treated with modified Xiao- qinglong Tang and Buzhong Yiqi Tang besides the treatment as the control group. The treatment lasted for 30 days continuously in the two groups. The changes in the symptom score,IL- 12,TNF- and IgE were ob- served after treatment in the patients of two groups. Results The symptom score and IgE level were re- duced ,the levels of IL- 12 ,TNF- were increased after treatment in the patients of two groups. The changes in the treatment group were much apparent as compared with the control group, indicating the significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The medication of the modified Xiaoqinglong Tang and Buzhong Yiqi Tang combined with western medicines achieves the superior clinical efficacy on perennial allergic rhinitis as comoared with the simole western medicine.
