摘要
目的研究补肾通督胶囊对胶原诱导关节炎大鼠关节炎症的影响。方法将42只大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、补肾通督胶囊的低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和雷公藤组。第1天造模,造模成功后,从13 d开始连续灌胃18 d,第30天拍摄X光片,第31天取踝组织置于10%中性福尔马林液中固定然后进行HE染色。结果补肾通督可缓解关节炎对大鼠体重的影响,而随剂量的提高关节的厚度、X光片的软组织肿胀、骨破坏和踝关节H&E切片的细胞浸润、滑膜增生和骨破坏程度皆随之减轻。雷公藤组和补肾通督胶囊高剂量组的X光片评分比模型组显著下降(P<0.05),而且补肾通督胶囊中、高剂量组和雷公藤组的HE切片细胞浸润与骨破坏评分皆比模型组显著下降(P<0.05),不过雷公藤对体重的影响并没有补肾通督胶囊高剂量明显。结论补肾通督对于关节炎大鼠的关节炎症有缓解作用,可以降低关节炎对大鼠体重的影响,故在临床上治疗类风湿关节炎有独特优势。
Objective To study the impacts of Bushen Tongdu Capsules on collagen - induced ar- thritic syndrome in rats. Methods Forty - two rats were randomized into a normal control group, a model group, the low - dose, middle - dose and high - dose groups of Bushen Tongdu Capsules, and Tripterygium wilfordii group. The model was prepared on the 1 st day. After successful modeling, the gastric infusion was giv- en continuously for 18 days since the 13th day. X -ray film was taken on the 30th day. On the 31t day,the an- kle tissue was collected and fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin. Afterwards, HE staining was applied. Re- suits Bushen Tongdu Capsules relieved the impacts of arthritis on the rat body weight. With the dose in- crease, the joint thickness, soft tissue swelling in X - ray film, osteoclasia, cellular infiltration, synovial hyper- plasia and osteoclasia degree in HE slices of ankle joint were alleviated. In Tripterygium wilfordii group and the high - dose group, X - ray film score was reduced significantly as compared with the model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). In the middle - dose and high - dose groups and Tripterygium wilfordii group, the cellular infiltration and osteoclasia scores were all reduced significantly in HE slices as compared with the model group (P 〈 0.05 ). But the impacts of Tripterygium wilfordii: on the body weight were not apparent as compared with the high -dose Bushen Tongdu Capsules. Conclusion Bushen Tongdu Capsules relieve arthritic symptoms and reduce the impacts of arthritis on body weight. Hence, this drug has its own unique characters in the clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
