The rapid rise of Tyumen Oblast oil industry was not only a product of the planned economy of the Soviet Union, but the masterpiece of the east development in Soviet Union. It played an important role in national strategy demand and economic development in Soviet U- nion. But the oil as a non - renewable energy source is facing many troublesome problems such as how to achieve sustainable development, this paper just discusses it.
