心理韧性内在保护因素群体特异性研究

Research on Population Specificity of Internal Protective Factors of Resilience

运用扎根理论研究范式探讨心理韧性内在保护因素的群体特异性,以深度访谈法收集研究资料,扎根理论的研究结果发现:优秀贫困大学生心理韧性内在保护因素主要涉及合理认知、成就动机、坚强意志、积极人格、主动行为等五个方面。培养贫困大学生心理韧性内在保护因素的出发点包括认知调整、动机维护、意志磨炼、人格养成、行为塑造。

This paper discusses the population specificity of internal protective factors of resili- ence by using grounded theory research paradigm, collects research data through in-depth in- terviews, and grounded theory research results find that internal protective factors of excellent college students＂ resilience mainly involve the five aspects--rational cognition, achievement motive, strong will, positive personality, and active behavior. The starting point of internal protective factors to cultivate poor college students＇ resilience includes cognitive adjustment, motivation maintenance, will＇s cultivation, personality＇s forming, and behavioral shaping.
