Professor Gao Zhao’s View on Post Fermentation Pu-Erh

74岁的高照老先生是云南大学生命科学学院退休教授，一直从事植物与微生物遗传育种的研究与教学。1998年他开始接触普洱茶，很快就开始着迷，他不仅喜欢普洱茶丰富而多变的滋味，而且普洱茶微生物发酵的特性，让搞了一辈子生物科学研究的他产生了浓厚的兴趣。1999年，退休后他开始把大部分精力放在普洱茶上。

Professor of Life Science in Yunnan University, Mr. Gao Zhao fell in love with Pu-erh tea after retirement. He began to do research on post fermentation of Pu-erh tea using hisexpertise. He specializes the study on the differences of agin characteristics between teas that are storing in Kunming and Guangdong
