摘要
目的 :了解颞下颌关节盘的生物力学性质。方法 :采用软组织拉伸力学实验方法 ,对 4具新鲜尸体的颞下颌关节盘进行了等应变速度 (0 .0 5mm/s)下的拉伸试验 ,测定了关节盘横向拉伸弹性模量值。结果 :关节盘弹性模量分为二类 ,初始段模量范围为 3.80~ 4.80MPa ,各区段无明显差异。结论 :二类弹性模量代表了关节盘在缓冲关节压力过程中的生物力学弹性响应特性 。
Objective:In order to elucidate biomechanical properties of the human tempromandibular joint disc.Methods:eight specimens taken from four fresh human cadavers aged 8~15 years were conducted a tensile test under 0.05mm/sec constant strain rate.Elastic moduli(E) of the disc were measured in mediolateral direction.Results:The results showed that E of the disc can be divided into two parts:initial E and quasilinear E.Initial E ranged in 3.80~4.80MPa and quasilinear E changed in 9.04~13.65MPa.Initial E were similar in anterior band(AB),intermediate zone(IZ),and posterior band(PB);however,AB was higher in quasilinear E.Conclusions:We concluded that two kinds of elastic moduli represented biomechanical elastic responses of the disc during stress breaking process. And showed that diferent parts of the disc had a good adaptation to external loads. [
