分光光度法测量2例折叠式上颌全口义齿咀嚼效能

Modified light-absorptivity method to determine the masticatory efficiency of collapsible complete denture 2 cases report.

目的 :对折叠式上颌全口义齿修复效果进行初步评定分析。方法 :用改良吸光度法测量常规全口义齿和折叠式上颌全口义齿修复牙列缺失后的咀嚼效能。并计算折叠式上颌全口义齿咀嚼效能占常规全口义齿的百分比。结果 :两例病例折叠式上颌全口义齿的咀嚼效能达到常规全口义齿的 75 %以上。结论 :折叠式上颌全口义齿 。

Objective:To evaluate the masticatory function of the collapsible complete denture.Method:A modified light-absorptivity method was used to determine masticatory efficiency of these two dentures after patients were restored a collapsible complete denture and a regular complete denture.A comparison of the masticatory efficiency between collapsible complete denture and conventional complete denture was made.Result:The masticatory efficiency of collapsible complete denture was more than 75% of the conventional complete denture.Conclusion:The collaosible complete denture is rather satisfied for the treatment of an edentulous patient with microstomia. [
