儿童原发性癫痫的遗传研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 对癫痫的遗传学研究发现了几种孟德尔遗传与非孟德尔遗传的儿童原发性癫痫病的基因定位 ,前者包括良性家族性新生儿惊厥、良性家族性婴幼儿惊厥、常染色体显性遗传夜间额叶癫痫及全身性癫痫伴热性惊厥附加症 ;后者包括少年肌阵挛癫痫、热性惊厥、儿童失神癫痫、少年失神癫痫及儿童良性癫痫伴中央颞棘波。
