双阿斯匹林交联血红蛋白的研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 脱离红细胞的自由血红蛋白称为分子血红蛋白 ,有着对氧亲合力强、半衰期短、肾脏毒性等缺点。目前用分子内交联技术对其修饰得到的双阿斯匹林交联血红蛋白 (DCLHb)能克服上述缺点 ,其溶液是一种良好的无细胞携氧血液代用品。DCLHb在卒中、出血性及烫伤后休克、外科手术等治疗中发挥一定作用。
