培美曲塞联合奈达铂二线化疗加局部放疗治疗晚期进展期泌尿系统肿瘤的疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 泌尿系统肿瘤主要包括肾盂肾癌、输尿管癌和膀胱癌,90%以上为移行细胞癌。其初诊即发现局部晚期或远处转移占25%,即使相对早期的患者经系统治疗后,仍有近70%的患者出现局部复发或远处转移[1]。甲氨蝶呤＋长春碱＋多柔比星＋顺铂（MVAC）或吉西他滨＋顺铂（GC）作为一线化疗方案已被广泛应用，
