医护患一体化方案对胶质瘤患者护理质量的影响

The influence of the scheme of medical patient integration on the quality of care of glioma patients

目的对医护患一体化方案在胶质瘤患者护理工作中的应用效果进行评价。方法将2010年6月至2011年6月我院头颈肿瘤病房未实施医护患一体化方案的患者设为对照组并与2011年7月至2013年3月入住的脑胶质瘤患者实施医护患一体化方案进行护理的观察组患者进行对比,比较实施前后医生对护理工作的了解程度、护士对治疗方案以及方法的了解情况以及患者对护理工作的满意程度。结果观察组患者对于疾病的认知程度、对护理工作的满意程度、护士对于健康教育的执行率以及对病情的知晓程度,医护之间的相互配合以及医生对护理工作的了解程度均较对照组有明显提升,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且针对观察组患者的SCL-90评分结果显示,患者出院后各项心理状态均有明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胶质瘤患者应用医护患一体化方案进行护理,可以明显提高患者对护理工作的满意程度,利于医患沟通,提升护士对科研知识的兴趣和掌握程度,使护理服务的内涵得以深化。

Objective To access application effects on the scheme of medical patient integration on the quality of care of glioma patients. Methods Choose those patients in the head and neck cancer ward who were accepted by our hospital during June, 2010 and June, 2011 and were not adopted the scheme of medical patient integration as contrast group. Choose patients with gliomas who were accepted by our hospi- tal during July, 2011 and March, 2013 and were adopted the scheme of medical patient integration as ob- serve group. To compare understanding the extent about doctors＇ nursing before and after adopting the scheme of medical patient integration, understanding the extent of nurses on therapeutic schedule and thera- peutic methods, and extent of contentment on nursing. Results Comparing with the contrast group, cogni- tive level of disease, the extent about doctors＇ nursing, implementation rate of nurses on health education as well as awareness of nursing on disease, interact between doctors and nurses as well as understanding the extent about doctors＇ nursing from patients in the observe group increase obviousely. The difference has sta- tistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The result of SCL-90 score in the observe group shows that all mental state of patients after leaving hospital has significant improvement. The difference has statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing glioma patients with the scheme of medical patient integration can improve patients on the extent about doctors＇ nursing. It is helpful on the communication between doctors and nurses and improving the interest and level attained of nurses on scientific knowledge. It deepens the connotation of nursing service.
