创新与发展是科学研究的永恒主题 ,创新与发展建立在对人类既有知识继承的基础之上。继承的根本宗旨在于发扬 ,取其精华 ,去其糟粕 ;发展的关键在于创新 ,突破旧论 ,获得新知。因此 ,作为对中医理论的精髓———中医辨治体系的研究亦必然是在继承基础上的创新。

Innovation and development are the main themes of scientific research and they are based on the inheritance of the available human knowledge. The basic aim of inheritance is to develop the essence and the key to development is innovation in order to acquire new knowledge. It follows that innovation based on inheritance is an indispensable part of the research of the essence of the TCM theories TCM syndrome differentiation system.
