苍葛止泻灵颗粒剂的制备及其质量控制

Preparation and Quality Control of Cangge Zhixieling Granule

目的 苍葛止泻灵颗粒剂的制备及其质量控制。方法 采用提取法 ,将苍葛止泻灵制成颗粒剂 ,并采用薄层 分光光度法测定其葛根素含量。结果 颗粒剂符合要求 ,其葛根素含量不低于 3 .16 2mg/g。结论 颗粒剂制备方法合理可行 ,其质量稳定 ,能满足临床应用要求。

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the preparation and quality control of Cangge Zhixieling Granule. METHOD Extraction method was used to make Cangge Zhixieling into granules and thin layer spectrophotography was employed to determine the content of Radix Puerariae . RESULT The granule form meets the required standard, with the content of Radix Puerariae not lower than 3.162 mg/g. CONCLUSION The granule preparation method is reasonable and practical and can meet the needs in clinical treatment.
