摘要
DNA甲基化是表观遗传学的一种常见过程,也是肿瘤相关基因失活的第3种机制,在宫颈癌的发生发展中起重要作用。研究发现,FHIT、p16ink4a、IGSF、DAPK1等基因甲基化与宫颈癌的发生发展有关,有望挑选出甲基化的肿瘤标记物,应用到宫颈癌的早期诊断中去。对宫颈癌相关基因的深入研究也成为为宫颈癌治疗提供新的靶点.
DNA methylation is a common process of epigenetic,and also the third mechIanism of tumor related gene inactivation. It plays an important role in the development of cervical cancer. Studies show p16. ink4a,FHIT,IGSF,DAPK1,et al. such genes, metthus methylation have relation with cervical cancer,hey may be a biomarker for the early diagonisis of cervical cancer. Meanwhile, the advanced study of cervical cancer related gene methylation provide a new target point for the treatment.
