端粒酶hTERT与宫颈癌SiHa细胞增殖及侵袭能力研究

摘要 目的本文主要对端粒酶hTERT与宫颈癌SiHa细胞增殖及侵袭能力进行研究。方法应用免疫组化SABC法检测hTERT及Bcl-2在80例宫颈鳞癌及20例正常宫颈组织中的表达。采用MTT法测定015对Siha细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果在正常宫颈组织和宫颈癌组织中,hTERT表达的阳性率与表达阳性率,对比差异显著,具有统计意义(P<0.05)。MTT法检测显示Ori有利于抑制SiHa细胞的生长,且与浓度和时间具有正相关的联系。结论相对于正常的正常宫颈组织,hTERT、Bcl-2蛋白在宫颈鳞癌组织中阳性表达率比较高。Ori有利于抑制SiHa细胞增殖及侵袭能力。 Objective: This article mainly discusses the telomerase SiHa hTERT and cervical cancer cell proliferation and invasive ability were studied. Methods: The immunohistochemical SABC method to detect hTERT and Bcl- 2 in 80 cases of cervical squamous carcinoma and 20 cases of normal cervical tissue. Determined by MTT method is used to measure 015 pairs of Siha cell proliferation inhibition. Results: In normal cervical tissues and cervical cancer tissues,the positive rate and expression of hTERT expression positive rate,compared with significant difference,statistically significant( P 0. 05). Determined by MTT method to detect show Ori is beneficial to inhibit the growth of SiHa cells,and they have positive correlation with concentration and time of contact. Conclusion: Compared with normal normal cervical tissue,hTERT,Bcl- 2 protein in cervical squamous carcinoma tissue in the positive expression rate is quite high. Ori inhibition of SiHa cells proliferation and invasive ability.
